Analytics
The Analytics hub and its pages - the dashboard, outcomes, call patterns, numbers, daily stats, compliance, the audit log and every call.
Analytics (under Telephony in the sidebar) is where you see what your agents did, what it cost and what to change next. It opens on a hub: one card per view, each written for a different question and a different reader. Every view covers the same calls - pick the one that matches what you’re trying to decide.
Analytics needs Analytics access. The Audit log card only shows for people with Compliance access.
The hub
| Card | What it answers | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboard | Everything on one page: volume, pickup, spend, outcomes, the best time to call, agents, language, sentiment and call quality. | A quick overall read |
| Outcomes | What the calls produced: outcomes won, cost per outcome, which agents earn their keep, won versus lost. | Owners and ops leads |
| Call patterns | When calls perform and how long they run: an hour-by-weekday heatmap, duration percentiles, the week-over-week trend and automatic insights. | Analysts and team leads |
| Phone numbers | How each outbound number performs: daily pickup rate per number, volume per number, and which numbers are dragging the pool down. | Telephony ops |
| Compliance | What your compliance packs stopped and why, the daily block trend across voice and chat, and the tamper-evident audit trail. | Compliance owners |
| Audit log | Every compliance decision, newest first: which checks each call passed or failed, overrides, and test calls. | Compliance owners |
| Call logs | The individual calls behind every figure. Search a transcript, read what was said, hear the recording. | Anyone chasing one call |
| How your WhatsApp agents perform: chats, delivery and read rates, templates, handoffs, response time and the estimated Meta bill. | Support and growth leads | |
| Daily stats | One day at a time: how many calls ran at once through the day, when calls started, and how each agent did that day. | Capacity planning |
Most views have a date range (for example the last 7, 30 or 90 days). Figures use your workspace time zone.
Dashboard
The all-in-one view. Across the top are headline figures - Calls today, Calls placed, Connect rate, Avg call, Meetings booked, Spend and Blocked (stopped by compliance, never dialled) - each compared with the period before. Below them: dialled versus connected over time, the outcome mix, the best time to call, a table of your agents, and language and sentiment breakdowns. You can narrow it to one campaign.
Outcomes
What the calls actually produced: outcomes by kind, the cost of each outcome, an agent leaderboard and won versus lost. Outcomes come from each call’s disposition - see Dispositions & outcomes.
Call patterns
When your calls perform and how long they run: a heatmap of hour against weekday, call-length percentiles, and the week-over-week trend, with short insights written from your data. Use it to choose when to dial.
Phone numbers
How each number you dial from performs: its daily pickup rate and volume, and the low performers. Useful when deciding which numbers to keep using. See Phone numbers.
Daily stats
Pick any day to see how many calls were live at once through that day, when calls started, and a per-agent breakdown.
Compliance
What your packs stopped and why:
- Totals for attempts, calls Blocked by a pack, the block rate, and how many published agents run on each pack.
- What the packs stopped - blocks by rule, such as outside the calling window, frequency cap, do-not-call or opt-out.
- Blocks per day, across voice and chat.
- Cover by agent - which pack each published outbound voice agent dials under, with a link to Manage packs.
At the top, a badge shows whether your compliance records passed their integrity check (Compliance records verified). Audit export downloads the full tamper-evident decision log as CSV or PDF. View audit log opens the log itself.
See Compliance packs and Compliance & data.
Audit log
Every compliance decision, newest first. Each record shows whether the call was Blocked, Allowed or went through with an Override, check by check, and marks Test calls. Each record carries the call reference so you can find the call.
Calls
Call logs opens Calls: every call with its transcript and what the agent captured.
- Search by number, name, agent, or transcript text - find the call where someone said a particular phrase.
- Filter by Date range, Outcome and Direction (outbound or inbound).
- Export loaded downloads the calls currently loaded on screen as a CSV. Load more rows first if you need more.
Click a call to open it: the recording player (when the call was recorded) and tabs for the Transcript, Captured fields, Details and, where turned on, the Full transcript and Evals. See Calls & transcripts and Conversation evals.
Chat and WhatsApp analytics
- Chat → Analytics shows how your chat agents are doing: conversations handled, how many the AI resolved on its own, and how many needed a person. See Chat widget.
- WhatsApp → Analytics (also the WhatsApp card on the hub) covers delivery, templates, handoffs and the estimated Meta bill. See Analytics, evals and billing.
