One smart AI call to one person, whenever you need it.
Trigger a nudge from your own system or the console, such as an appointment or delivery reminder. OyeHello waits for calling hours, retries if nobody answers, and reports one clear result back to you.

You decide who to call. OyeHello handles when.
One call, one person, one result
Each nudge ends in a single clear result: connected, voicemail, no answer, busy, opted out, blocked, expired or cancelled. For a connected call you also get the agent’s outcome, such as interested or callback requested.
Waits for calling hours
A nudge triggered late at night is held and dialled when the calling window next opens. If your wallet is empty or every line is busy, it waits and tries again rather than giving up.
Retries when nobody answers
Choose up to two retries for busy or unanswered calls, from 10 minutes to 4 hours apart. Answered calls and opt-outs are never redialled.
Schedule it, or let it expire
Dial now or no earlier than a time you pick. Every nudge has an expiry, 24 hours by default and up to 72, so a stale reminder never rings days later.
Personal to every call
Pass the customer’s name, appointment time or order number with the nudge. The agent uses them on that call without changing the contact’s saved details.
Never two calls at once
Only one live nudge per phone number at a time, and an idempotency key on every request, so a retry from your system never rings the customer twice.
Same checks as every call
Nudges go through your compliance pack before dialling: calling hours, DND and your do-not-call list, frequency caps. A blocked nudge tells you which rule stopped it.
Results where you need them
Follow each nudge in the console, read it from the API, or get it pushed to your systems with signed webhooks. Connected calls also land on the agent’s outcome board with the recording and transcript.
From the console or your code
Fire a one-off nudge from the console, or from your backend with a REST call. Test keys simulate the whole thing without dialling or charging you.
Billed like any call
You pay for the connected minutes from your wallet, per started minute. Busy, unanswered and blocked attempts cost nothing.
Live in three steps.
Build an outbound agent
Make a call agent in the flow builder, or start from a reminder template, and publish it.
Trigger a nudge
When something happens in your business, such as a booking or a dispatch, send a nudge from your system or the console.
Get one result
OyeHello rings at the right time, retries if needed, and sends you the result and the outcome of the call.
Nudge. One call to one person, triggered by something that happened: a booking, a dispatch, a missed delivery. OyeHello owns when and how often it rings, and you get one result.
Campaign. A list of people called on a schedule, with daily calling hours, retries and a live progress page. Best for a planned run from a spreadsheet.
Live lead feed. New leads from a web form, Zapier, Google Sheets or your CRM are called as they arrive, without you writing code for each one.
Send your first nudge.
Build a reminder agent free, test it on your own phone, and trigger nudges from the console or your app.
